Is your
shipping & handling (s & h) costs being
incorporated into the item cost?

Yes,
it is being incorporated into the item cost
so as to reduce the hassle of calculating shipping charges
for different regions on every purchase. We derive a
standard flat shipping & handling rate that applies
to worldwide delivery and is justifiable because of the
consideration of the package weight, delivery destinations
and secure delivery mode used. Please
be rest assured the s & h rate is maintained at a
reasonable and affordable rate.

Is there anymore hidden costs
after I make the purchase online?

All the necessary costs
are specified on the website wherever
required. There is no hidden cost and in case on
bulk purchase, we will communicate with potential buyer on
the costs before closing the deal. This is to avoid
pro-sales disputes and misunderstanding.

Is there
combine shipping & handling (s & h)
charges if I order more than one
item?

Combined s & h
only applies to quantity 5 pcs and above. However,
we sell different kinds of items,
thus, the combine charges are different, so do check
with us the combined s & h for further
details.

How soon or how long will I get my ordered items?
A. -
Upon
payment receipt & cleared, the item will be shipped to your stated
delivery address within 7-12 working days for regular air
mail posting; 10-16 working days for registered mail & Speedpost air parcel; other deliveries such as by sea or
by surface mail will take a longer time, estimated 6 – 10
weeks. Please add 2 - 4 weeks on top of the above delivery
time for pre-ordered items. To request for speedy delivery
between 3 – 5 working days, courier service such as DHL/
Fedex/ UPS etc. can be arranged on the condition that
buyer is willing to pay higher costs for this kind of
delivery. Customers will be informed via email upon items
sent. For registered mail & Speedpost air parcel, item
tracking no. will be provided for checking the delivery
status online.

Can you ship to my country?

worldwide except unspecified regions
and with some limitations to some countries. Due to strict
local custom policies, please check whether your custom
will accept our shipment before you place your purchase.

Can you use a different method of shipping to save me
money? such as local pickup, buyer¨s appointed courier
service etc.?

We' are sorry
we do not accept local pickup
and other methods of pick up as all the orders are
processed online and the schedule/ methods for item
delivery are arranged in such a way that at lease 99.99%
delivery efficiency is obtained. Any alternate requests to
use other delivery methods by buyers may disrupt the
current delivery efficiency.

Is there a
discount if I order more than one?

selling price
which we keep it as low as possible, is in fact
the discount, so you are best
off trying to buy the
item fast before it is sold out. However,
we do give
discount on a case-to-case basis subject to the number of
items and the total selling cost
(normally for bulk purchase).

Why haven't you responded to my emails
which I sent you earlier?

respond to every single email that we
get within 1-3 days. Check your junk mail or spam
mail. Our emails sometimes
end up there.

details. We prefer PayPal for worldwide transactions, but
Western Union, money order or fund transfer are acceptable for those
without Paypal.
